Scott A. Wolfson is a certified mediator with an excellent track record of helping parties resolve their disputes without the necessity of a trial.

Mr. Wolfson combines his extensive experience with his practical communication style to effectively mediate business disputes. He is a member of the Mediation Panel of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and has been appointed by federal and state court trial judges to settle disputes, including as a discovery master.

Mr. Wolfson also serves as an arbitrator of commercial disputes and is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Commercial Arbitrators.
