Jason Puscas brings a well-rounded and adaptable legal skill set developed through over a decade of experience across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. His core competencies include corporate governance, contract negotiation, employment law, and regulatory compliance, with a proven ability to navigate complex legal landscapes in dynamic industries. He is highly proficient in managing intellectual property matters, overseeing corporate transactions, and advising on ethical conduct and SEC regulations.

In addition to his corporate legal expertise, Jason possesses a strong foundation in public policy and legislative affairs, gained through years of advocacy and government relations work. He has successfully shaped and implemented policy strategies at the local, state, and federal levels, leveraging skills in legal research, grant and incentive acquisition, and public-private collaboration. Jason is an experienced communicator and project manager, comfortable engaging stakeholders from the boardroom to the community, with a talent for translating complex legal issues into actionable business insights.
