Wolfson Bolton PLLC is pleased to announce that John R. Stevenson has joined the law firm as Of Counsel. His practice focuses on corporate reorganization, debtors’ and creditors’ rights, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, and general commercial law. He has represented creditors, creditors’ committees, distressed businesses, and other parties in interest in bankruptcy matters in a wide range of industries, including automotive, technology, telecommunications, construction, housing, and hospitality.
John is a graduate of the University of California Hastings College of the Law. During law school, he served as an extern to the Honorable Dennis Montali in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Wolfson Bolton, John was an attorney with Clark Hill PLC.
