Jason brings over 14 years of multifaceted experience in corporate law, public policy, and executive leadership, with a strong track record of guiding companies through complex legal and regulatory environments.
Jason most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Bollinger Motors, Inc., where he led legal strategy, compliance, corporate governance, and government affairs. His experience spans a broad spectrum of legal practice areas including contracts, employment law, risk management, intellectual property, and public-private financing. Prior to his corporate roles, Jason held key government and legislative positions, where he helped shape policy and economic development initiatives across Michigan’s mobility and automotive sectors.
Known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach, Jason combines legal acumen with business strategy to help clients achieve their goals while managing risk. He is a respected communicator, team leader, and advisor—equally at home in the boardroom, the legislature, or the courtroom.
