Wolfson Bolton PLLC is pleased to announce that Lara Phillip has joined the law firm as Of Counsel. Her practice focuses on complex litigation and regulatory compliance in the areas of international trade, white collar criminal defense, antitrust, and commercial litigation in federal and state courts and before regulatory agencies.

Lara is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where she graduated cum laude and served as the associate editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College. Prior to joining Wolfson Bolton, Lara was a partner in the Litigation Department at Honigman.
Lara is very involved in the community. She recently served as the Chair of the International Law Section for the State Bar of Michigan. Lara has also served on the Crittenton Hospital Cornerstone Campaign Committee and on the Board of Directors for HAVEN, a non-profit organization whose mission is to eliminate domestic violence and sexual assault across Oakland County and the surrounding communities through treatment and prevention services.
