Rosanna L. Ameriguian is an associate attorney supporting the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practice groups.

She is a graduate of University of Detroit Mercy School of Law (J.D., cum laude) and the University of Michigan (B.A., with honors). In law school, Rosanna earned multiple academic distinctions and served as a student attorney in the Environmental Law Clinic. She also was the recipient of a selective, full-tuition fellowship awarded to students demonstrating academic excellence, leadership, and service.

Leveraging her background in commercial and construction litigation, real estate law, and intellectual property law, Rosanna brings an insightful and well-rounded approach to her transactional practice.
