Gregg Bankruptcy Seminar. The event, held at the scenic Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island, brought together professionals from across the bankruptcy and insolvency field for a weekend of education and collaboration.

His panel addressed strategies for navigating financial uncertainty and maintaining commercial stability in the face of potential insolvency.
- Michelle H. Bass presented on “Elder Abuse and Senior Scams: Take the Sting Out of Catfishing and Other Scams.” Her session addressed the increasing prevalence of financial fraud targeting seniors, providing tools for legal professionals to recognize, prevent, and respond to scams and exploitation affecting vulnerable populations.
